We are a leading office furniture manufacturer looking for an experienced and ambitious Showroom Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and manage our showroom as an inspiring destination for clients, architects, and business partners.
This role combines sales, account management, business development, and showroom management, creating exceptional customer experiences while expanding our presence in the contract furniture market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities while developing long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Manage the showroom and ensure an outstanding customer experience for every visitor.
- Organize product presentations, client meetings, workshops, and events.
- Develop and implement business development initiatives to increase sales and market presence.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and regularly report on business performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute projects successfully and boost awareness of MDD, for example, through Social Media content input.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Previous experience in the office furniture industry and the contract furniture market is essential.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
