About NURA Interiors

NURA Interiors designs, manufactures and installs bespoke kitchens, architectural joinery and fitted furniture for high-end residential projects. Based in Fulham, London, we work closely with architects, interior designers and private clients to deliver design-led spaces with careful technical coordination and a high standard of craftsmanship.

The role

We are looking for a polished, organised and client-focused Showroom & Client Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Fulham showroom. This is a full-time, on-site role, five days a week. Competitive salary, based on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and create a warm, professional showroom experience.
  • Arrange and coordinate showroom appointments.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and maintain clear, timely follow-up with clients and the NURA design and sales teams.
  • Support the conversion of showroom enquiries into booked design consultations and maintain accurate follow-up records through to the next stage.
  • Keep the showroom, material library and presentation areas immaculate and ready for client meetings.
  • Support the preparation of samples, materials and meeting information.
  • Keep accurate records of visits, enquiries and opportunities.

About you

  • Confident, articulate and naturally attentive to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and customer-service skills.
  • A genuine interest in interiors, design, materials and luxury service.
  • Experience in a showroom, hospitality, luxury retail, interiors or another client-facing environment is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
