Responsibilities
- Design Consultation & Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. Guide them through our extensive product range, offering expert advice and design solutions to create bespoke bathroom plans.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and showroom targets. Prepare and present compelling quotations, follow up and close sales effectively.
- 3D Design: Utilise the latest bathroom design software (e.g., Virtual Worlds) to create detailed and realistic 2D and 3D visualisations of bathroom projects.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including sanitaryware, brassware, furniture, tiles, and accessories. Stay informed about new products and industry developments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with retail clients, interior designers, architects, and trade professionals to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Showroom Excellence: Contribute to the immaculate presentation of the showroom, ensuring all displays are inspiring, on-trend, and reflect our brand's high standards.

Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Thursday 07.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the bathroom, kitchen, interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
- A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
