Showroom Coordinator (Visual Merchandising)
Client Location: London (Hybrid)
Starting: 03/09/2026
Pay Comments: Up to £160 per day
Hours: Full-time
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing visual merchandising initiatives that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Showroom Presentation: Coordinate the setup and changeover of the showroom space for all end uses, including sales launches, key account appointments, selling appointments, and events held in the space, such as board and shareholder events and meetings.
- Samples Management: Manage sample and showroom coordination, ensuring a regimented management and planning process with internal and external business partners.
- Basic Graphic Design: Use basic graphic design skills to assist in creating visual merchandising materials, including signage, large graphics, and point-of-sale collateral.
- Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate cross-functionally with all stakeholders and keep them informed on changes affecting the region regularly.
- Project Coordination: Support the management of multiple visual merchandising projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing visual merchandising documentation, including budget tracking and resource allocation.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in visual merchandising or showroom coordination.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
- Ability to contribute to the brand's visual storytelling through organized and compelling displays.
- Good understanding of current design and visual merchandising trends.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and store personnel.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and spatial awareness.
- Flexibility to assist with store visits and installations as required.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
