Are you a creative and highly organized individual with a passion for visual storytelling? We are seeking a talented professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual experience within our vibrant showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence how our brands are presented, making a tangible impact on key business interactions and strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute compelling visual merchandising initiatives that align with strategic brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Orchestrate the complete setup and transformation of our dynamic showroom space for a variety of critical engagements, including high-profile sales launches, key account meetings, and exclusive corporate events.
- Oversee comprehensive sample and showroom coordination, establishing and maintaining a highly organized management and planning process in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Utilize fundamental graphic design skills to produce impactful visual merchandising materials, such as striking signage, large-format graphics, and essential point-of-sale collateral.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and regular updates with all stakeholders regarding visual merchandising initiatives and regional changes.
- Support the successful coordination of multiple visual merchandising projects, meticulously ensuring adherence to deadlines and upholding the highest quality standards.
- Provide essential administrative support for visual merchandising operations, including meticulous budget tracking and efficient resource allocation.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in visual merchandising or showroom coordination.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design and familiarity with industry-standard design software and 3D rendering tools.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a brand’s visual storytelling through organized and compelling displays.
- A solid understanding of current design and visual merchandising trends.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and store personnel.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and spatial awareness.
- Flexibility to assist with store visits and installations as required.
- A genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
