We're looking for a passionate, commercially minded Showroom Design Consultant to join our team and deliver a world-class customer experience. If you have a flair for interior design, a talent for relationship building, and thrive in a luxury retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Showroom Design Consultant, you will be the face of the Andrew Martin brand, guiding customers through inspiring design journeys while driving showroom sales performance. You'll combine your design expertise, product knowledge, and commercial instinct to build lasting relationships, exceed targets, and ensure our showroom is presented to the highest luxury standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Passion for interior design, furniture, and home styling
  • Proven success in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within luxury retail or interiors
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM, POS, and Microsoft Office systems
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
