Are you someone who genuinely loves luxury fashion and understands that exceptional service is all about the little details?
We’re looking for a Luxury Showroom Executive to take ownership of a beautiful London showroom for an exciting and established global luxury fashion business.
This isn’t your typical retail role.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be the face of the showroom, creating a warm, polished and completely personalised experience for every client who walks through the door. With appointments rather than a traditional busy shop floor, you’ll have the time to really get to know your customers, understand what they’re looking for and make every visit feel special.
You’ll take real ownership of the day-to-day showroom experience – preparing for client appointments, researching the pieces customers are interested in, ensuring products are beautifully presented and making sure the space always looks and feels incredible.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll also play a key part in building showroom engagement, proactively reaching out to existing customers, starting conversations and inviting them in to experience the showroom and explore pieces they may love.
Once they arrive, you’ll host their appointment from start to finish, confidently talking them through luxury pieces and collaborating with the wider business to make sure everything runs seamlessly.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll ideally come from a luxury retail, showroom or client experience background, with experience working with premium or high-value products.
Knowledge of luxury handbags and designers would be a huge advantage – particularly if you already understand the world of Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and other iconic luxury houses.

More importantly, you’ll be:
- Warm, engaging and confident with clients
- Naturally polished without being stuffy
- Commercially aware, but genuinely service-led
- Organised and proactive – someone who prepares rather than waits to be told
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your space
- Someone who genuinely gets excited about luxury fashion and beautiful products
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the luxury world but wants something a little different from traditional retail. You’ll have the autonomy to really make the showroom your own, build incredible relationships with clients and play an important part in growing the London customer experience.
If luxury fashion is your world and creating an unforgettable customer experience comes naturally to you, we would love to hear from you!
