Responsibilities

To take full responsibility for planning, organising and delivering the Company’s major trade exhibitions, and for the fit-out, updating and ongoing presentation of the Company showrooms in the UK and France. This covers layout, graphics, displays and merchandising; coordinating internal staff and outside contractors so that every project is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience, ideally in exhibitions, events or showroom fit-out, preferably B2B with consumer products; excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail; an effective multi-tasker, able to run several projects in parallel and deliver them on time; confident coordinating colleagues, suppliers and contractors; good IT skills, an ability to create user-friendly floor plans and layouts; willing to travel, including to trade shows and the French showroom.
