The Ideal Person Will Have/be
- At least 1 year’s relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environment (within Retail, Hospitality or similar).
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form.
- Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
