An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Showroom Host based at our Lexus showroom in Aberdeen.
As our customers' first point of contact, you will provide an outstanding and professional service to our customers at all times to create a lasting impression. As part of this role you will be responsible for sales administration duties, handling telephone enquiries, and providing ongoing support for both the Sales and Service departments. To be considered for the Showroom Host role, candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and have an approachable manner.
What will I do as a Showroom Host?
- Welcome guests visiting the showroom, ensuring they receive a pleasant and professional welcome
- Handle all internal and external telephone enquiries promptly and politely
- Be responsible for Sales Administration duties, supporting your Sales team and also the Service team
- Keep up to date with knowledge of the JLR brand and products
- Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do
