The Role
Showroom Host - Polestar - Leeds
Working at Polestar Leeds, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them to the dealership either face to face or over the telephone. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. With a warm, professional manner, you will go the extra mile to support both new and returning customers while maintaining the high standards expected of the Polestar brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Respond to internal and external emails efficiently and accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Business and the wider dealership team.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable during their visit.
- Maintain excellent showroom presentation standards at all times, ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom, assisting colleagues as required.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and jargon-free with customers, visitors, and colleagues.
- A natural ability to build rapport and instil confidence in customers.
- A strong customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- A professional, well-presented, and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling administrative tasks.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced showroom environment.
