Role Description
The Showroom Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, including:
- Opening and closing procedures
- Merchandising displays
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Ensuring all products are presented in line with brand standards

- Greeting visitors
- Understanding their workspace needs
- Demonstrating furniture features
- Preparing quotations
- Guiding customers through the purchasing process
The Showroom Manager will:
- Monitor customer feedback
- Manage appointments
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams
- Track inventory levels to ensure product availability
The role also involves:
- Supporting promotional events
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Providing regular performance and sales reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience, particularly in a design-led or retail environment.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed showroom sales targets.
- Hands-on experience managing Showrooms or similar retail spaces, including merchandising and day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, designers, and partners.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including appointment scheduling and inventory tracking.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or POS systems; proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
- Previous experience in furniture, interiors, or workplace solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
