Showroom Manager - Windlesham, Surrey

Pay: £30,000 base, £37,000 - 39,000 OTE

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Work location: In person

We're looking for a Showroom Manager to run our Windlesham showroom. You'll lead the team, look after the day-to-day running of the site, and take ownership of growing sales.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor with customers and your team, setting the standard for how we sell and serve. You'll be responsible for hitting sales targets, keeping the showroom well presented and well stocked, and building a team that performs. If you're someone who takes pride in running a tight, successful store and wants the room to grow it, this is a role you'll enjoy.

This is a base salary of £30,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £37,000-39,000 through our commission scheme.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the showroom team by providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling staff shifts, maintaining records of sales activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Organize the showroom layout for optimal presentation, ensuring products are showcased attractively and inventory levels are accurately tracked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
