Role Description
The Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the showroom and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Typical day-to-day tasks include:

- Supervising and supporting showroom staff
- Managing sales activities
- Ensuring that the showroom is well-presented and aligned with brand standards
- Greeting and advising customers
- Handling complex inquiries
- Supporting high-value sales
- Monitoring inventory
- Coordinating stock displays
- Working closely with senior management to meet sales targets and implement promotional activities
- Maintaining compliance with company policies
- Training team members
- Ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting

Qualifications
- Experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Team leadership experience, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to oversee multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfort with basic business tools such as POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and inclusive approach
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising, product presentation, and showroom standards
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed
- Previous experience in jewelry, watches, or other luxury retail environments is an advantage
- Relevant education or training in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial
