Job Title: Sales Administrator / Receptionist
Location: New Southgate, London (N11 1GN)
Reporting to: Sales Management
We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our new Car Supermarket based in New Southgate (stocking 2500+ pre-owned vehicles). We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems, customer service skills, excellent written and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
What will you be doing?
- Handle inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries and direct customers to the relevant teams
- Ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner
- Ensure vehicle documents are scanned on our system for sales team and customers
- Process customer documents and transfer v5 ownership on sold vehicles
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure sales diaries are accurate and up to date

The Package
- Basic Salary: £29,100 per annum

The Hours
This role is based on a rotating rota over 5 days per week. You will be scheduled to work either Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday, from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
In addition, you will work:
- Friday and Saturday: either 9:00am – 6:00pm or 12:00pm – 9:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
A 60-minute unpaid lunch break is included on each working day.
