Showroom Sales Assistant

Are you looking to join a market-leading luxury company with a reputation built on quality, expertise, craftsmanship and exceptional customer service? If so, Banham are seeking a Showroom Sales Assistant to join our Earlsfield Showroom team at our Head Office.

As the first point of contact for Head office visitors and showroom customers, you'll be a brand ambassador, delivering a premium customer experience, providing expert advice on our bespoke luxury security products, identifying sales opportunities, and upholding the high standards and reputation of the Banham brand. In this role it is essential that every interaction with our customers reflect our standards by ensuring they're positive, memorable and tailored.

Many of our colleagues started their journey as Showroom Sales Assistants. This role offers the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while developing customer, sales, and communication skills. As your experience grows, so do your opportunities, as we believe in promoting talent from within and supporting every employee to build a career, not just hold a position.

Who are we?

Celebrating our Centenary, Banham is a family-owned, family-run business that has been providing security solutions since 1926. We operate throughout London and the Home Counties, offering a comprehensive service on all aspects of physical and electronic security. Our signature locks were awarded Best Product (2026) by Great British Brands, recognising our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and uncompromising quality. Most important, however, are the people who make up Banham. Our dedicated employees live and breathe collaboration; they inspire and learn from each other while upholding our standards of People, Service and Quality alongside our core values of Family, Pride and Trust everyday.

What can you bring to Banham?

  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to identify improvements and add value.
  • The ability to remain calm, resilient, and effective when working to deadlines.
  • A professional, collaborative, and approachable attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A commitment to following procedures, compliance requirements, and health & safety standards.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • A dedication to delivering high-quality work and exceptional service standards consistently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
