Join our Team as a Showroom Sales Associate

Are you fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or Tagalog? If you're ready to play a crucial role in managing and maintaining an organised and efficient showroom, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Who we are

Founded in 2018, Uniform Standard is an East London based premium sneaker brand celebrated for its minimally designed responsibly made products. With a focus on craftsmanship and a refined aesthetic, we've built a global reputation for quality. We are a team of passionate founders and as the brand continues to flourish, we're looking for a dedicated individual to join us, contributing to the seamless operation of our phygital sneaker showrooms in London.

Role Overview

As showroom sales associate you'll play a vital role by providing an inviting shopping environment for our customers, enhancing their overall brand experience. You will be a self-motivated team player who is a vibrant outgoing person and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and enthusiasm to represent our brand through the delivery of excellent customer service in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Your mission

  • Responsible for opening and closing the showroom.
  • Sell with emotion! Deliver a unique and personal customer experience.
  • Tell the brand story to our customers and deliver a personalised fitting service to ensure they find their perfect size.
  • Meet sales challenges to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Develop detailed product knowledge to help customers choose their perfect sneakers (product features, construction, fit information, pricing and after-sales care).
  • Care for your store and environment - maintain the store's appearance by supporting the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and communicate daily with the team about stock needs.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks.
  • Participate in maintaining a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Embrace a hands-on flexible approach and although the role will be based in one location, you will be able to offer support in other locations around London as required.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar role for premium footwear brands or retailers in a boutique or showroom role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to manage and run the showroom alone during the week.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin or Tagalog.
