Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Aston Clinton and centres on delivering an engaging showroom experience for customers. The showroom sales executive will:

Daily tasks include:
- Preparing quotations
- Processing orders
- Updating product displays
- Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented
The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to:
- Check stock availability
- Arrange deliveries
- Follow up on customer inquiries
The showroom sales executive will also:
- Support basic administrative duties
- Handle phone and email queries
- Contribute to sales targets through consistent, professional customer service
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience in retail, showroom, or sales environments, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and active listening abilities.
- Good numerical and IT skills, including comfort with POS systems, email, and standard office software.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Interest in or experience with building materials, timber, flooring, or home improvement products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Aston Clinton, including some weekend or peak-period hours as required.
- Proactive, reliable, and professional approach, with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Previous sales experience and a valid driver’s license are advantageous but not essential.
