Are you ambitious? Commercially driven? Ready to run your own business unit? Our Showroom Leadership Programme offers a fast-track opportunity to step into management.

To find our future leaders, we run a rigorous selection process: following a virtual behaviour-led screening, successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day. Acting as your final stage interview, this day includes group tasks, individual exercises, and a final presentation. It is not just an interview, it is your first opportunity to learn about our business and network directly with our regional managers.

The Opportunity: At the Highbourne Group, we don’t do traditional or slow-moving. We offer an immediate, fast-tracked opportunity where you are given the autonomy to drive your own agenda and challenge the status quo.

We are looking for Showroom Sales Managers who act as true "Disruptors." You don’t need to be a bathroom expert, we will teach you that. We need your entrepreneurial spirit, your negotiation skills, and your drive to deliver an exceptional experience for both high-end retail consumers and fast-paced trade professionals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
