Pay: Competitive (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities + staff discount
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy bed and furniture showroom.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and closing sales.
- Managing the day-to-day running of the showroom.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Handling customer enquiries in person, by phone, and online.
- Processing customer orders and payments accurately.
- Liaising with deliveries and checking stock.
- Ensuring company procedures are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident working independently.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work weekends when required.
- Experience in furniture or bedding sales is an advantage but not essential.
