Fenton Bed Warehouse – Stoke-on-Trent

Pay: Competitive (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities + staff discount

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy bed and furniture showroom.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and closing sales.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the showroom.
  • Opening and closing the store.
  • Keeping the showroom clean, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Handling customer enquiries in person, by phone, and online.
  • Processing customer orders and payments accurately.
  • Liaising with deliveries and checking stock.
  • Ensuring company procedures are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous retail or sales experience.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident working independently.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work weekends when required.
  • Experience in furniture or bedding sales is an advantage but not essential.
