Cozmo is an exciting UK furniture start-up redefining how people discover, experience and buy considered, design-led furniture. We believe beautiful interiors should be accessible, personal and thoughtfully made. As a small and ambitious team, we move fast, think creatively and care deeply about our customers and our brand. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping the in-showroom experience with a clear path to managing multiple Cozmo showrooms and building a sales team.
The Role
As Showroom Manager, you will be the face, voice and guardian of the Cozmo customer experience. You will take ownership of the showroom day-to-day, fully manage how it looks, how it runs, how customers are welcomed, how sales are followed up, and how the showroom performs commercially.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Management & Sales
- Act as the primary brand ambassador within the showroom, delivering a warm, knowledgeable and design-led customer experience
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the Cozmo range
- Confidently present products, materials, finishes and design options, using strong product and interior knowledge
- Drive showroom sales and support customers from first visit through to purchase
- Track showroom performance, customer feedback and sales opportunities
- Improve the showroom sales process and make sure no opportunity is missed
- Maintain impeccable showroom standards, ensuring the space is styled, organised and aligned with the Cozmo brand

Customer Service & Sales Conversion
- Manage and convert sales leads from swatch requests, email enquiries, phone calls and online channels
- Understand the Cozmo product deeply and explain it clearly and naturally
- Own the customer journey from initial enquiry to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Handle customer questions, feedback and issues with empathy, professionalism and efficiency
- Support order processing, delivery coordination and after-sales care
Skills & Experience
- A natural manager who is also strong in sales
- Conversion-led mindset; retail, showroom or customer-facing experience preferred and also keen to meet individuals who have managed a floor, led a front-of-house team and worked in a high-quality, design-led or premium/luxury environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with customers
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and what great service looks like
- Good taste and visual awareness; interest in interiors, furniture, design, lifestyle or premium environments
- Highly organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
