ARTE, an internationally recognised and highly regarded leader in its field, namely high quality, luxury, textured wallcoverings suitable for both residential and contract use, has an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Assistant to join our team in the showroom at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, London.

The Role

  • Full time permanent position
  • Monday to Friday 9:30am til 5:30pm
  • A key focus of the role will be to confidently guide and inspire clients in the showroom, offering creative scheme support alongside strong technical and product knowledge across our full range of collections, while ensuring every visit is accurately recorded on the CRM.
  • Assisting processing sample requests promptly and accurately one day a week.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure all requests are completed correctly.
  • Monitoring the showroom inbox and ensuring that all phone and email enquiries are answered promptly.
  • Helping manage, support and nurture Showroom accounts.
  • Supporting the wider team with additional enquiries and requests.
  • Being organised and being willing to help keep the showroom clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Full product and system training will be provided.

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be well presented, a good team player and willing to help others.
  • Must be reliable, punctual and have good time keeping.
  • A passion for design and working within the luxury sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Reporting to the Showroom Manager.

The successful candidate will receive full product training as well as a competitive salary based on experience.
