Showroom & Operational Support
- Support the day-to-day running of the UK showrooms, ensuring tasks are effectively allocated and completed.
- Assist with showroom setup, logistics and market support, ensuring a smooth and efficient market execution.
- Oversee sample management, including deliveries, checking in, tracking and coordination with relevant brands and internal teams.
- Liaise with wholesale clients regarding sample send-outs and tracking, working closely with the Head Intern for Marketing, Brand Shops and PR.
- Manage and organise offsite sample storage.
- Assist with Wimbledon Centre Court setup, VM standards and staff maintenance during the tournament.
- Support the supervision and development of showroom interns, overseeing daily tasks and responsibilities.

Internal Events & Logistics
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of UK internal events, including logistics, catering and booking requirements.
- Coordinate catering for large groups, trainings & senior management meetings across all our UK offices.
- Manage RL Give Back programme / volunteering for the region by liaising with RL P&V US team & organising sessions for UK based teams.

- Experience in sample management, events, hospitality or showroom operations preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience overseeing or supporting a team.
- Event management and logistical coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working well under pressure showing flexibility, proactive & result focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including fundamental and intermediate functionality.
