Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per year, depending on relevant experience
Travel: Around 50% of your time at UK shows and events

About The Company:
We make personalised engraved jewellery, designed to last forever and made to be worn every day. The founder built the brand in 2013 and still hand finishes every piece in the family-run studio in Bucklebury, West Berkshire.
Our purpose is simple: to make gifting incredible jewellery easy and affordable. We call it everyday luxury, with British design at honest prices and keepsake gifts that people treasure for years.
We are a small, close team of four. We grew by testing small, growing organically and giving 5-star service to every customer, and we are now on a clear path to our next big milestone.
The Role:
You will own our shows and events channel, which already brings in £100,000 a year from shows across the UK. The founder has built it from the ground up and is now ready to hand it to someone who will run it as their own business within the business.
You will choose the right shows, build beautiful stands, sell with warmth and turn every event into loyal repeat customers and great content. Once the calendar is running smoothly and profitably, you will have room to test new opportunities and brand partnerships.
Most shows are within four hours' drive of our West Berkshire studio. Examples include Spirit of Christmas, Badminton Horse Trials and Burghley Horse Trials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn't a desk job. It’s a role for someone who loves people, loves beautiful things and is equally happy in a smart event environment or standing in a muddy field at 6am getting a stand ready for opening. We’re looking for someone who is polished, outgoing and naturally confident, but who also has a real country spirit.
You might be perfectly comfortable chatting to customers at an elegant Christmas shopping event one weekend, then be equally happy putting your wellies on, towing a trailer through a muddy field and getting stuck into a 6am stand build the next.
What You'll Do:
-
Plan the calendar
-
Choose and book shows and pop-ups that suit our brand and customers
-
Set a budget for each event and track profit show by show
-
Plan stock for every event and keep inventory accurate
-
Run brilliant shows
-
Design the stand layout and visual merchandising so our jewellery shines
-
Drive and tow our trailer to and from venues
-
Set up and pack down, often outdoors and physically demanding
-
Sell on the stand with warmth and confidence
-
Give 5-star service to every customer, just as we do online
-
Grow the channel
-
Capture photos and video on the day for our social media and marketing
-
Follow up after each show and report on sales, profit and new customers
-
Manage partnerships and joint activations with other brands
-
Test new events and partnerships once the core calendar is proven
What Success Looks Like:
- Stronger profit per event
- More repeat customers coming from shows
- Great, usable content from every event
- A calm, well-run channel that no longer needs Rosie day to day
