Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our teams on busy projects across Dartford.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of first and second fix carpentry duties, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. You will work as part of an experienced site team delivering major residential and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of first and second fix carpentry.
- Install door frames, doors, skirting boards, architraves, and ironmongery.
- Fit kitchens, wardrobes, and other timber components as required.
- Construct and install timber frameworks and structures.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specification.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and site instructions.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately to required dimensions and tolerances.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Carry out snagging and finishing works to a high standard.
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all site health and safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet programme deadlines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised manner.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred).
- Proven experience as a Carpenter.
- Experience in both first and second fix carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with other trades.
- Right to work in the UK.
DESIRABLE
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery.
- 5+ years' carpentry experience.
- IPAF qualification.
- PASMA qualification.
- Harness Awareness Certification.
- Working at Heights Certification.
- Face Fit Certification.
- First Aid at Work.
