Job Description
About This Role
This individual contributor role sits at the core of Freshworks’ UK channel growth strategy as the SI Partner Manager. You will:
- Own the full lifecycle of the mid-tier Systems Integrator (SI) partner business in the UK.
- Drive prospecting, signings, and revenue generation through strategic partnerships.
- Lead partner enablement, pipeline management, and strategic ecosystem development.
The UK SI opportunity is critical. Freshworks is displacing incumbent ITSM and CX platforms through SI-led delivery, and this role is central to that strategy. Success depends on: ✔ Hunting for and signing the right mid-tier SIs (e.g., Capgemini, CGI, Unisys). ✔ Shaping a pipeline-driven ecosystem with clear commercial accountability. ✔ Collaborating closely with field sales, pre-sales, marketing, and SI partners.
You must combine: ◆ Profit-hunting instinct with precision in holding partners accountable. ◆ Insider knowledge of how mid-tier SIs build practices and invest in partners. ◆ Executive-level relationship management to drive monetisation.
Responsibilities
1. SI Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, target, and sign mid-tier SI partners aligned with Freshworks’ UK ITSM & CX growth priorities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects via market mapping, ServiceNow/ex-incumbent networks, and competitive insights.
- Lead the full recruitment process: outreach → business case development → contract execution → onboarding.
🔹 Key goal: Convert partners to "first-deal-ready" status by:
- Structured product knowledge training
- Commercial terms alignment
- Deal registration & pre-sales support models

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
