WHO ARE CROWD FIRST?
Crowd First Safety Group is a growing crowd management and event operations company working across stadiums, venues, events and festivals.
Our teams support clients with the people, management and operational structure required to deliver safe and well-managed events.
For our SIA team, that can mean working across response, searching, access control, turnstiles, restricted areas, egress, incident response, event security and other specialist operational roles, depending on the event and the requirements of the client.
You may be working on a stadium matchday one week, a festival the next, or supporting a large venue operation.
Different environments. Different responsibilities. One standard.

We want a team of people we know we can put in front of a client and trust to deliver.
When we send a Crowd First operative onto a site, we want our clients to know that person has been selected because they are capable of doing the job properly.
That means reliability. That means presentation. That means communication. That means knowing your role. That means knowing when to take action and just as importantly, knowing when to escalate. We want people who make our operation stronger.

YOU WON'T JUST BE A DOOR SUPERVISOR
Your SIA Door Supervisor licence gives you the foundation.
What you do with it is what matters.
As you become established within Crowd First, we'll learn where your strengths are and where you can add the most value.
You could develop into specialist roles within our event operations, including response teams, searching, access control, turnstile operations, restricted-area security, pitch encroachment response, incident response and other event security functions.
The aim isn't to put you anywhere just because there's a shift available.
The aim is to know what you're good at and deploy you where you can make the biggest difference.
WE WANT THE BEST PEOPLE WE CAN FIND
Can we trust you with a difficult situation? Can you communicate with a member of the public without making the situation worse? Can you follow an operational plan? Can you work as part of a response team? Can you take direction when required? Can you make a sensible decision when something changes? Can we put you in front of our client and know you'll represent Crowd First properly?

We're looking for people who:

- Understand that they represent Crowd First whenever they are on site
Previous experience in stadiums, events, festivals, response, searching, crowd management, the night-time economy or large-scale operations is highly desirable. Specialist experience is also welcome.

Your SIA licence is only the starting point.
Our recruitment process includes the required compliance and screening checks, along with looking at your experience, attitude and suitability for the type of work we deliver. Once you're established within the team, we'll learn where you perform best and where you can add the most value.
The aim isn't to put you anywhere just because a shift needs filling.
The aim is to know who is good at what — and deploy our people accordingly.
