K4 Security Services, part of the K4 Group, is expanding our team in Newcastle and we're looking for professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing pool of security officers and event stewards.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our expanding operations, you'll play a key role in keeping people, venues, and events safe by:
- Providing a professional and visible security presence.
- Managing access control, ticket checks, and entry points.
- Conducting regular patrols of venues and client premises.
- Assisting with crowd management and spectator safety.
- Responding to incidents and reporting concerns promptly.
- Delivering excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Following site procedures, health & safety requirements, and emergency protocols.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor.
- Previous experience in security, event stewarding, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Desirable
- Event stewarding experience.
- Spectator Safety Level 2 qualification (training can be provided).
- Experience working at events, stadiums, festivals, or large venues.
