Role: SIAM Lead
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Crawley
Number of hours: 40 hours per week – full time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SIAM Lead to drive end-to-end service integration across a complex multi-supplier IT environment. You will be responsible for service governance, supplier performance, major incident leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continual service improvement, ensuring seamless delivery of critical business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service integration across multiple internal teams and external suppliers.
- Chair operational, tactical, and executive governance forums.
- Manage supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Enable team to deliver top class process management activities across all process areas.
- Produce and present service performance reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Produce executive dashboards and insights that combine operational, financial, supplier, and AI-driven performance metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, influencing service strategy, innovation, and transformation roadmaps.
- Partner with internal TCS teams / Vendors to embed AI capabilities into service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Reporting.
- Leverage AI and analytics to predict service risks, identify trends, reduce recurring issues, and improve service outcomes.
- Support service transitions, transformations, and strategic change programmes.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Extensive experience in SIAM, Service Management, or Service Governance leadership roles.
- Strong supplier management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Deep understanding of ITIL and multi-vendor service environments.
- Experience implementing or governing AI, automation, AIOps, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, Dynatrace, Splunk, Moogsoft, or similar intelligent operations tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert operational data into actionable insights.
Preferred Certifications:
- SIAM Professional/Foundation
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional
- Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 / Azure AI certifications
