Are you an experienced SIAM Lead / Service Integration Manager / Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in service integration, supplier management and IT service governance? We’re looking for a SIAM Lead to join the IT Infrastructure Services team. The role will focus on governing and integrating multiple internal and external service providers to ensure seamless end-to-end IT service delivery.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination across service towers, suppliers, support teams and key stakeholders, ensuring service performance, operational efficiency, compliance and continual service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the SIAM operating model across multiple internal and external service providers
- Establish and maintain service governance frameworks, operating procedures and integration processes
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments
- Drive collaboration across internal IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve service issues
- Monitor service performance, operational health and customer satisfaction
- Lead service governance forums, supplier reviews and performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Level Management
- Drive root cause analysis, risk mitigation and proactive resolution of recurring operational issues
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and continual service improvement
- Manage major incidents, service escalations and cross-functional resolution activities
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, audit and regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary escalation and governance point for service integration, supplier management and operational performance
- Maintain strong stakeholder alignment across technical, operational, supplier and business teams

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in SIAM, Service Integration, Service Delivery, Service Management or Vendor Management
- Strong understanding of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles
- Experience working within multi-supplier and outsourced IT service environments
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of ITIL processes and service management
- Experience managing supplier governance, SLAs, KPIs and operational performance
- Strong experience in service reporting and governance
- Experience managing major incidents, escalations and service improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and multiple service providers
- Experience working with enterprise ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow
- Active SC Clearance, with at least 3 months' validity to allow for transfer

Desirable Experience
- SIAM Foundation, SIAM Professional or SIAM Architect certification
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
- Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM platforms
- Experience across cloud, infrastructure, workplace, applications, network or security services
- Experience supporting large-scale service transitions and transformation programmes
- Knowledge of governance, risk management and compliance frameworks
- Experience within large, complex or highly regulated organisations
