Salary: £27,694 FTE
Hours: 28 hours over 4/5 days (between core working hours 9.30-3pm Mon – Fri)
Location: York
Reporting to: Senior Sight Support Advisor
Looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference?
We are looking for a Sight Support Advisor to join our friendly team and help provide information, guidance, equipment support and a warm welcome to people accessing our services.
The most important qualification? A willingness to learn.
What we're looking for:
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality
- Great communication skills
- Good basic IT and technology skills
- An organised and proactive approach
- A genuine desire to learn and help others
