Role Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Sign Installer to join our existing installation team, working across the Greater Midlands and beyond. You’ll install a wide range of commercial signage, working safely and to a consistently high standard. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team, with travel, occasional overnight stays and out-of-town work required. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail and can deliver a professional service on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install a wide range of signage safely and correctly
- Work to project specifications, instructions, and deadlines
- Carry out signage maintenance and repairs when required
- Work independently and alongside other installers
- Support installer assistants where required
- Complete van, tool, and site reports
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow health & safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with the wider team and report from site
- Provide a professional and helpful service to clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in signage installation
- Good understanding of different sign types
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable working at height and carrying out strenuous physical work
- Flexible approach to travel, shift patterns, and overnight stays
- Good organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a field-based role
- Clean commercial driving licence essential
- PASMA and IPAF certifications
- CSCS card holder
