The Role

As a Signage Installation Crew team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality signage installations at various construction, retail, leisure and petroleum sites throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas.

Working as part of a two-person crew, you will install, maintain and repair a range of signage safely, efficiently and to a high standard, whilst ensuring products, tools and equipment are transported, stored and maintained correctly.

You will operate to deadlines, following work instructions from supervisors and managers and supporting installer assistants as and when required. Ensuring good housekeeping standards, you will represent us professionally on site and ensure you are helpful and engaging when dealing with customers.

About You

To be considered for a Signage Installation Crew role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years’ sign installation experience, ideally as part of a two-person crew
  • Experience of working remotely or in a field-based role
  • A good understanding of a range of sign types
  • A flexible approach to different shift patterns and out-of-town work
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • At a minimum, CSCS, IPAF and PASMA certifications
  • A clean driving licence
