Main Purpose of the Role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking a junior corporate/commercial lawyer to support one of our energy clients for an initial 5-month contract under a hybrid working arrangement.


Person Specification

You will be:

  • A qualified lawyer with relevant experience.

Ideal but desirable experience includes:

  • Expertise in AI governance and AI use cases
  • Experience in technology transactions

Key skills and qualities:

  • A problem solver with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to analyse, synthesise and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to prioritise complex workloads
  • Proficiency in working both autonomously and as part of a broader team
