Defence Simulation Field Service Representative (Training & Technical Support)
Bovington based + UK travel
SC clearance eligible required
We’re looking for a Field Support Representative (FSR) to support and deliver military training using advanced land simulation systems. You’ll work directly with instructors and trainees, running exercises in a simulated environment and supporting simulation use during live training.

- Deliver safe, effective training at customer sites across the UK
- Be the on-site point of contact for instructors/trainees
- Carry out routine equipment care, maintenance, fault reporting and 2nd/3rd line support with the technical team
- Support site visits, training planning, and post-exercise reporting
- Assist with upgrades/changes (testing, installation, site acceptance, new-site setup)
- Monitor performance via KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
- UK Army experience
- Experience delivering training using simulation software (VBS4 ideally)
- Practical mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
- Confident communicator, organised, resilient, and team-focused
Due to security requirements, applicants must be eligible for SC clearance and able to evidence right to work in the UK.
