Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for singers, tribute acts, bands, and DJs engaged through NLSNO Events & Entertainment. Talent will perform at scheduled events, prepare customized set lists, and rehearse music tailored to client needs and event themes. Day-to-day tasks include managing bookings, communicating with clients and agency staff, coordinating technical requirements, and ensuring punctual, professional performances. Performers may be asked to participate in virtual events, recordings, or promotional content and are expected to maintain high performance standards, audience engagement, and a professional image.

Qualifications

- Strong musical ability with experience as a singer, tribute act, band member, or DJ, including confident stage presence and live performance skills.
- Capability to develop and adapt set lists to different audiences, genres, and event formats, with good musical versatility.
- Professional communication skills for coordinating with clients, event organizers, and agency staff, both remotely and on-site.
- Ability to manage schedules, respond promptly to booking requests, and reliably meet agreed performance times and deadlines.
- Access to appropriate equipment (e.g., sound system, instruments, DJ controllers, microphones) and ability to handle basic technical setup.
- Experience performing at weddings, corporate events, private parties, or public venues is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with remote work, including virtual performances or livestreams, and basic familiarity with online meeting or streaming platforms.
- Commitment to a professional, respectful, and inclusive approach to working with diverse clients and audiences.
