SIPP Operations Lead
FinTech Pensions Platform
Remote (UK)
To c.£60k + equity

You’ll help build the firm’s SIPP Operations function and develop a best-in-class pensions administration functionality.

You’ll be joining a FinTech Pensions platform that’s about to go live. Early feedback from test customers has been outstanding. They’re going to shake up the market, challenging the traditional SIPP providers by prioritising customer experience and fixing costs.
Prior to going live, you’ll work with the development team to design and implement the back-office systems and processes that will enable you to provide a high-quality pensions administration service.

Once live, you’ll manage a SIPP Administrator and between you will:
- Process new SIPP applications, transfers, contributions, drawdown, and death benefits, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform trustee-side reconciliations.
- Monitor transactions.
- Resolve any operational issues promptly, working closely with advisors, pension scheme members, and internal teams.
You'll proactively identify operational risks, clearly communicate complex information, including to committee and board-level audiences, and continually support the development of operational procedures, testing system enhancements, and implementing process improvements as the business grows.

Requirements:
- Significant experience in SIPP administration, covering the full member lifecycle.
- Experience of PAYE/RTI for drawdown income payments and submitting HMRC returns.
- Experience of performing reconciliations and still be happy to get your hands dirty in the reconciliations process.
- Any hands-on experience of using Delta Platinum Pro (or other Delta Financial Systems) would be advantageous.
