SIPP / SSAS CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

๐Ÿ“ Leicester โ€“ just outside Groby
๐Ÿš— On-site parking
๐Ÿ“ˆ Excellent career development opportunities
๐Ÿค Join an established and growing team

Join a growing pensions business where the client relationship comes first.

Intrusted Pension Services is growing, and weโ€™re looking for an experienced SIPP / SSAS Client Relationship Manager to join our existing team at our Leicester office, just outside Groby.

We believe great pension administration should be personal.

Our clients are not account numbers or cases moving through a system. They are individuals, families and business owners with different circumstances, objectives and often complex requirements.

Our role is to understand what they are trying to achieve and provide a bespoke, technically strong and highly responsive service around them.

As we continue to grow our SIPP and SSAS business, weโ€™re looking for someone who shares that philosophy.

THE ROLE

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS clients and become a trusted point of contact for them, their advisers and other professional connections.

This is much more than simply processing pension administration.

Youโ€™ll get to know your clients and their schemes, understand what they are trying to achieve and work with colleagues and professional advisers to help deliver practical, bespoke solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS clients
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, financial advisers and professional connections
  • Providing a proactive, responsive and highly personal level of service
  • Understanding individual client objectives and helping to implement appropriate pension solutions
  • Managing SIPP and SSAS administration across areas such as contributions, transfers, investments, commercial property, benefit payments and retirement events
  • Working through more complex or non-standard cases rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach
  • Ensuring client records, documentation and scheme administration are accurate and completed to a high standard
  • Working within relevant pension, regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Building strong relationships with advisers, trustees and other professional parties
  • Identifying ways we can continually improve the experience we provide to our clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
