My client is an award-winning and highly regarded occupational pensions consultancy with a successful SIPP/SSAS division. Due to growth, they currently seek an experienced Relationship/Development Manager to develop and generate their market-leading SIPP/SSAS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, investment partners, and key intermediaries.
- Manage and develop key accounts, maximising commercial opportunities.
- Educate clients regarding SIPP and SSAS products and how they may suit clients.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the pensions and wealth sectors.
- Analyse market and adviser data to identify business development prospects.
- Create engaging marketing and communications content.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with technical, administration, and operational teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the UK financial adviser market.
- Proven business development and relationship management experience.
- Experience within pensions, SIPP, SSAS, or wider financial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
