Job Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen on our Male Respiratory ward. We are seeking to recruit dynamic, motivated, and professional Junior Sister/Charge Nurse.
- You must be keen to learn and will be supported to take part in the development process and ensure you have the skills and competencies to look after our most unwell level 2 patients.
- You will also be supported to develop your own management style, working alongside the Ward Manager.
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A previous teaching/mentorship course.
- A background in Respiratory medicine is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
- Provide effective, professional, and managerial leadership to staff.
- Provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care.
- Supervise and develop the knowledge and skills of junior staff.
- Initiate/facilitate developments in nursing practice in partnership with the ward manager.
- Be the ward representative when the ward manager is unavailable.
