Our passion for quality and design underpins everything we do. All Berkeley homes are created with care, expertise and relentless attention to detail. We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Wallingford site on a part time basis.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the development and site office.
- Coordinate and maintain site documentation, compliance records, health and safety communications, and operational trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
- Support subcontractor and supplier administration, including programme coordination, payment processing, hire management, and PPE requests.
- Produce and distribute communications, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence for internal stakeholders, residents, and external partners.
- Manage sustainability and performance reporting, maintaining accurate data relating to workforce, utilities, waste management, contractor performance, and environmental initiatives.
- Oversee office administration, including visitor management, stock control, facilities coordination, diary management, inductions, and IT-related support.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and provide ad hoc administrative support as required to meet business needs.
- Provide Administrative support on month end process.

What You'll Bring
- Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, property, engineering, or a site-based environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support a variety of business and site requirements.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
