Location: Bridgwater (Express Park) | Full-time, Permanent | Salary: £25,493.16 + Benefits

What We Do:

STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.

The Role:

As a Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our Express Park depot. Acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, you'll provide professional administrative support, maintain accurate records, and help ensure site procedures are followed efficiently.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors.
  • Maintaining employee and operational records in line with company procedures and data protection requirements.
  • Managing PPE, stationery supplies and petty cash processes.
  • Supporting site audits and ensuring relevant documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of site procedures and processes.
  • Attending meetings and producing accurate meeting notes when required.
  • Providing administrative cover and supporting colleagues to ensure business continuity.

What you’ll need:

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience working in an office environment, ideally within a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The confidence to challenge discrepancies professionally and appropriately.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Flexibility to support administration requirements across locations when required.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, 37.5 hpw. (12 months maternity cover)
