Due to continued growth, our Integrated Asset Delivery team is looking for a Site Administrator to join on a Fixed Term Contract at Coniston Wastewater Treatment Works, to support with on-site administration tasks. You’ll be required to provide administrative support with the management of projects, document control and production, as well as assist other departments all within a fast-paced environment.
This will be for a 20 hours per week, spread over 3 days per week and we can be flexible with start and finish times.
Some Of Your Key Duties Include
- Creating and organising work parks for project and site teams.
- Creating and keeping site files and documents.
- Carry out data entry tasks ensuring Excel is up to date with current and accurate information on completion of works.
- Completion and filing of documents, carrying out any modification work to documents as required.
- Liaising with project teams and managers with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as required.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
- Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence
