Site Administrator

iForce (Part of the Culina Group) is at the forefront of e-commerce fulfilment, returns processing, and carrier management. With its own in-house technology infrastructure, this underpins the iForce offering to customers.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our site. This role is crucial in ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You’ll play a key part in supporting site operations, maintaining records, and working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily absence and attendance reporting (including AWOL tracking)
  • Maintain agency trackers and fire registers to ensure accurate attendance records
  • Provide administrative support including note-taking in meetings
  • Update communication boards with announcements, KPIs, and job adverts
  • Maintain time & attendance (T&A) records and systems
  • Administer LMS systems and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
  • Process new starter documentation, including right to work checks
  • Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery
  • Manage site access permissions
  • Support inductions for employees and contractors
  • Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance
  • Track holidays, appraisals, and 1:1 reviews

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in an administrative role (essential)
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills
  • A team player who builds strong working relationships

Experience within logistics or warehousing is advantageous but not essential.
