Site Administrator role in Tilbury Essex!

Location: Tilbury, Essex
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package
Working Pattern: 5 Days Per Week On Site/Office
Driving Licence: Essential

We are currently looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join a well-established construction company based on a project in Tilbury, Essex. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the site and project teams, helping ensure the smooth running of a busy construction project.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the site and project teams.
  • Managing project documentation, correspondence, and site records.
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Assisting with timesheets, site records, and personnel information.
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries, and site appointments.
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes where required.
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and other project paperwork.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Assisting with site inductions and maintaining relevant records.
  • Supporting document control duties where required.
  • Ensuring information is accurately recorded and distributed to the relevant teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Administrator or Site Administrator position.
  • Previous construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a busy site environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the location.
  • Able to work 5 days per week in Tilbury.
