This is an exciting opportunity to join the Seras Energy team. As a Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Widnes Processing sites, ensuring administrative processes, training coordination, financial controls, and compliance activities are managed efficiently.

You will be responsible for raising purchase orders, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, organising site training, and supporting audits. The role also involves taking meeting minutes, managing confidential information, and ensuring documentation is maintained to a high standard. Full training will be provided, including the use of our internal systems.

  • Provide administrative support for the Widnes Processing sites.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and site documentation.
  • Produce monthly overtime reports and update site data.
  • Monitor and order PPE, stationery, and site supplies.
  • Respond to customer, supplier, and contractor enquiries.
  • Support site compliance, training coordination, and contractor management.
  • Take minutes at meetings and manage related actions.
  • Work closely with site, national, and accounts teams to support business operations.
  • Identify process improvements and promote best practice.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative cover for other sites as required
