π SITE ADMINISTRATOR - LONG-TERM INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT π
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to join a major infrastructure project in the South Ockendon area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join an established construction team on a long-term project.
The Role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team
- Maintaining site records, documents and filing systems
- Updating spreadsheets, reports and databases
- Assisting with timesheets, attendance and workforce records
- Managing site documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Supporting site management with general administrative duties
- Liaising with office staff, site personnel and subcontractors
- Assisting with inductions and onboarding documentation
- Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator within construction or civil engineering
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a busy site environment
- Previous infrastructure or major projects experience is advantageous
