Enable Resourcing are working with a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor to recruit an experienced Site Agent to join their growing project delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Agent with experience delivering water and wastewater treatment projects to take ownership of schemes from inception through to completion. Working alongside Project Managers, commercial teams, and site-based staff, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery of projects across the water sector.
The Role
As Site Agent, you will oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and water infrastructure projects.
- Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitoring programme performance and driving project delivery.
- Managing resources, labour, and plant requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Supporting commercial performance and cost control.
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with NEC contract requirements.

Requirements
To be considered, candidates must have:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent within the water, utilities, or civil engineering sectors.
- A minimum of 6-12 months' sewage treatment and water treatment project experience.
- Practical working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Experience managing civil engineering, utilities, or non-infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and construction health & safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors, direct labour, and site resources.
- Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Valid SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
