The Role
As Site Agent, you'll take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects, leading site teams to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or infrastructure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable)
