🚧 Position: Site Agent
💼 Sector: Commercial Fitouts – Bars, Restaurants, Leisure Facilities, and More
💰 Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are hiring a Site Agent to join one of our best clients, a dynamic and highly respected name in the commercial fitout industry. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and managing all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
- Acting as the main point of contact on-site, solving problems proactively.
What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the commercial fitout sector.
- Expertise in managing fitouts for bars, restaurants, leisure facilities, or similar commercial outlets.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
